AC = sin(45)(24)

Cos(45) = Adjacent / hypotenuse

BC = cos(45)(24)

BC = 12√2

Area of triangle = 1/2 Height * Base

Area of triangle = 1/2 AC * BC

Area of triangle = 1/2 ( 12√2 )( 12√2 )

Area of triangle = 144 ft²
