inventory and all the goods that are produced are sold, the operating income is
the same under both the absorption and variable costing methods. The difference
in operating income is produced by the different behavior of overhead fixed
factory. The dissimilarity is equivalent to the overhead fixed factory each
unit times the inventory difference
