There is a jump serve; in which when serving the ball your in the air when hitting the ball. This gives it much more power and easier to get a strike.
and a topspin (my personal favorite); Its when the server hits the ball to where its rapidly spinning from the top. Doing this allows the server to get more of a guess on where its going to hit.
