What the question is asking is: Where are those curves shooting off to as you get closer and closer to zero? Think about where the left-hand side is gong, and think about where the right hand is going. Are those numbers very large in the positive direction (more positive) and very large in the negative direction (more negative), or are they small in the positive direction (less positive) and small in the negative (less negative)?
