Make sure to use the same ATM/debit card that was selected for your ATM withdrawal in the Bank of America Mobile Banking app when picking up your cash at the ATM. If a different ATM/debit card is used at the ATM, you will not be able to complete the withdrawal you set up in the Bank of America Mobile Banking app.
