An equilateral triangle is never or sometimes an isosceles triangle?

It really can't. If the sides of the triangle are equal, one can't be bigger or smaller then the other one! :-)

Never. An equilateral triangle has all equal sides but an iscoceles triangle has 2 equal and one non-equal sides
