Hi. This is a simple division problem. You divide 9 into 348 which goes 38 times (9x3=27 which you subtract from the 34 leaving 7. Now bring the 8 down and divide 9 into 78, which goes in 8 (9x8=72) leaving you with a remainder of 6.
348/9 = 38 R6
