Does being creative in doing science mean that a scientist should make things up ? Why ?

No. Science is all about facts and experiments. Making stuff up would go against that, and wouldn't be science.

No, one because depending on what they are lying about, they could change the entire system, and two science is all about facts not religion and beliefs
