you would need 4 table spoons . Why becuase the recipe for one is 5 of flor 2 of yeast so for two batches u would need 4. simple math 2 + 2 = 4
Question 2
You would be able to make 3 batches of bread. Why becuase as we know one batch is 5 of flour and 2 of yeast and we have 15 of flour and 6 of yeast. 15 divided by 5 is 3 and 6 divided by 2 is also 3.
