In order to divide fractions, you have to use KCF, which is keep change flip. Keep the first fraction by itself, change the division sign to multiplication and then flip the fraction, which in this case would become 5/3. So the result is:
8/11×5/3
To multiply fractions you must multiply row by row.
8×5=40 over 11×3=33
The answer would be 40/33
