What's another way to say "I learned a lot of many new things"? I'm trying to make this simple sentence sound more sophisticated

You can use inversions, or more complicated tenses in order to make your sentence sound more sophisticated.
For example: 'There are quite a few new things that I have acquired through my experiences'...  or 'I've gained new knowledge about (...) going through this experience...
