what I would do is find what the top thing factors to
like this
6x²+46x+29=(ax+b)(x+7)+c
we do lots of trial and error
ah ha
(6x+4)(x+7)+1=9x²+46x+29
so
[tex]\frac{(6x+4)(x+7)+1}{x+7}=\frac{(6x+4)(x+7)}{x+7}+\frac{1}{x+7}=6x+4+\frac{1}{x+7}[/tex]
