assuming the 3rd side is actually 16 feet longer, not 1616 feet

 let short side = x

2nd side will be 2x

3rd side will be x+16

x+2x+x=16 = 181

4x+16 =181

4x = 165

x=41.25

2x= 82.5

x+16 = 57.25


41.25+82.5+57.25 = 181
