if the fraction is a mixed number change it to a improper fraction. divide the numerator by the denominator. if the division does come out evenly round out the decimal. not sure if this is the response you were looking for
by putting a decimal at the end of it and moving it 2 spaces left. for example 23 you would put 23. and move the decimal 2 numbers left so you have .23
