The Muslims build a successful Arab empire when Prophet Mohammed introduced the religion Islam to the World. Thru the spread of Islamic religion the Arab empire was born. A lot of Arabs are supporting Prophet Mohammed because he is preaching the word of Allah and the religion grew around the world.  
The Muslims were more tolerant towards other people so they were able to spread their religion to vast regions quickly.
