In the tropics, between the Tropic of Cancer and the Tropic of
Capricorn. However, even in these areas they have distinct seasons. It's
just that they don't have "winter" and "summer", they have a rainy
season and a dry season. In southeast Asia and in India, they call their
rainy season the "Monsoon".
