Slope intercept form is y=mx+b.
find the slope (m) : 3-5/ -3+9 = -2/6 = -1/3
so you'd have y=-1/3x+b
to find b you plug in one of the points: 3=-1/3(-3)+b
B should = 2
your final equation should be y=-1/3x+2
