we can split them up
also
(x^m)/(x^n)=x^(m-n)

so

(8*10^13)/(3*10^3)=(8/3)((10^13)/(10^3))=(8/3)(10^(13-3))=(8/3)(10^10)


answer is (8/3)*10^10 times
the power of 10 is 10
