Number 4: you almost got it :)
Answer for 4: y= log2(x-2)+3
this one is transformed 2 units right which would mean you subtract 2 from inside the parentheses (left is +, right is -) and then the up by 3 units is just +3 outside the parentheses (up is +, down is -)
