Start by doing 6/4 to get 3/2.
It also works with 9/6 to get 3/2
Do what you want/What you started with.
Test it by multiplying 4 by 3/2 to get 6. It works!
Since it is a scale factor both sides grow by the same ratio. This is what we did above.
