King Louis XIV would change the government to be a dictatorship. This would allow him to have absolute control over the entirety of the country. No one would want to oppose him. He would make sure that he didn't have to leave office until he died. He would also make sure that no religion that he didn't like was practiced. Only religions with his approval, which was just one, would be allowed in his country. Any protests would be squashed immediately for defying him, therefore, defying God.
