For question 5, just find the slope and then use the point slope form and solve for it to be slope intercept form.
For question 6, it’s the same, but instead of using 0.5 for the (0.5,2) during the point slope form step, I changed it to 1/2 to avoid decimals. I’m not sure about your teacher but all of my teachers didn’t want us to use decimals for equations like this.
