Try this option (for more info see the attachment):

1) Area=Area (ABCD)-Area(EFGH);

Area=6*9-3*3=45 [m²];

2) P(ABCDEFGH) = AB+BC+CD+DE+EF+FG+GH+HA = 6+9+6+3+3+3+3+3= 2*6+9+3*5=36 [m].
