If y = -0.025x^2 + 4x, then

y' = -0.05x + 4

Set y' = 2:

2 = -0.05x + 4

-2 = -0.05x

40 = x

Go back to y to find the point:

y = -0.025(40)^2 + 4(40) = 120

So the point (40, 120) on y = -0.025x^2 + 4x will have tangent line with a slope of 2.
