it's a learning process called classical conditioning

basically it's broken down into I think three different sections. and it's made to help people adjust to for example trauma and in the classroom with students having a hard time reading out loud they have this program called the Pavlov theory that they have tried to incorporate to help a child be more ease and comfortable in their surroundings
