V. Cylinder =  π . r² . h

12,704.44 = 3.14 × r² × 14

12,704.44 = 3.14 × 14 × r²

12,704.44 = 43.96 × r²

r² = 12,704.44/43.96

r² = 289

r = √289

r = 17
