personally i think it means while in isolation we spend a lot of time thinking and being alone getting to trully know oursleves and do or like things we never thought we would.
i personally think it revolves around the fact that were stuck with just ourselves, and were figuring out who we are as a person, and we just are discovering more stuff about ourselves
