One mile = 5,280 feet.

Understand?

I am assuming that you want to know what is 5/6 of a mile.

(5/6)(5,280) = 5(880) = 4,400 feet.

If by IN A MILE you mean division, then we do the following:

(5,280)/(5/6) = (5,280 • 6)/5 = 6,336.

Is either one or the other because your question is honestly not too clearly stated..
