for a circle with (h,k) as center and radius, r the equation is
[tex](x-h)^2+(y-k)^2=r^2[/tex]
center is (6,-6)
radius is 4

[tex](x-6)^2+(y-(-6))^2=4^2[/tex]
[tex](x-6)^2+(y+6)^2=16[/tex]
