Hey there! Exactly what @bender11 said, a lipid is made from one glycerol group and three fatty acid groups!

Also, I'm not sure whether you're asking about just the groups it consists of or the actual elements it's made out of , so I'll add in that lipids contain carbon, hydrogen, and oxygen. Hope this helps!
