3x - y = 7
-> y = 3x - 7
2x - 2y = 2
Use the substitution method
2x - 2 ( 3x - 7 )=2
2x - 6x + 14 =2
-4x = 2-14
X = -12/-4
X = 3
Sub x = 3 into the eq y= 3x - 7
Y= 3*3-7
Y = 2 so the answer is D
