Is the difference between two natural numbers always going to be natural

No. Natural numbers are 0 and beyond. You can subtract a smaller natural number by  bigger natural number and get a negative number which is not a natural number

natural numbers are the counting numbers, 1,2,3,4,5,6...
they do not include 0 or negative numbers

so lets say we have
5-5=0
0 is not a natural number
or
5-2=-3,
-3 is not a natural number
