V = 1200

1200 = [tex]\frac{2}{3} \pi r^{3}[/tex]

1800 = 3.14 ([tex]r^{3}[/tex])

573.24 = [tex]r^{3}[/tex]

r = 8.307 m = approx. 8.3 m
