Circumference of flying disc is 34 inches

Solution:

Given that,

[tex]Radius = 5\frac{2}{5}\ inches = \frac{27}{5}\ inches[/tex]

To find: circumference

The circumference of circle is given as:

[tex]C = 2 \pi r[/tex]

Where, r is the radius of disc

Therefore,

[tex]C = 2 \times 3.14 \times \frac{27}{5}\\\\C = 6.28 \times 5.4\\\\C = 33.912[/tex]

[tex]C \approx 34[/tex]

Thus the circumference of flying disc is 34 inches
