Here, sample= bus width*no. of bytes= 4 bytes. Total bytes flowing through system bus= 100GHz * 4=400GBps.

Now we need to find the no. of seconds for 1GB to pass through system bus.

=1GB/400GBps =1/400 sec= 0.0025 sec.
