What is the equation in point−slope form of the line passing through (2, 2) and (4, 8)?

(y − 2) = 3(x − 2)
(y + 2) = 3(x + 2)
(y − 8) = −3(x − 4)
(y + 8) = −3(x + 4)

Hello,

1) y-8=(8-2)/(4-2)(x-2) ==>y-8=3(x-2) (not in answer!)

2) y-2=3(x-2) ==> Answer A.
