The kinetic energy 22,500 joules

The calculation can be done as follows

mass= 0.5 kg

time= 300 m/s

Kinetic energy= 1/2mv²

= 1/2 × 0.5 × 300²

= 0.5 × 0.5 × 90,000

= 22,500

Hence the Kinetic Energy is 22,500 joules
