On a standard number cube, there are only 6 numbers:

1 , 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6.

Since there are no 9's on the cube, it means that you will never be able to roll a 9. Therefore the probability of not getting a 9 is 100% or 1.

(This is because every time you roll, you will get a number that is not 9)
