I believe the answer is C, Leeunwenhoek because Copernicus was an astronomer, Kepler was a mathematician and astronomer and I THINK Bacon was a philosopher. Out of the 4, Leeuwenhoek was the only one strictly known for being a microbiologist, not only that but he was the first. I hope this helped :)
