Hello!

Answer: =0.2 *The answer must have a decimal point.*

Explanation:

First, you had to dividing by the numbers. Dividing into the groups.

[tex]15/3=5[/tex]

[tex]15/5=3[/tex]

[tex]3*5=15[/tex]

[tex]5*3=15[/tex]

[tex]3/15=0.2[/tex]

3/15=(3÷3)/(15÷3)=1/5

1/5=1÷5=0.2; since, the fraction 1/5=(1*2)/(5*2)=2/10=0.2

Hope this helps!

Thanks!
