Solution:

we have been asked to find the equivalence of  700 milliliters.

To do this , we will have to use the conversion formula.

As we know that

[tex] 1m=1000mm [/tex]

So we can write

[tex] 1mm=\frac{1}{1000}m  [/tex]

Hence we can write

[tex] 700*1mm=700* \frac{1}{100}m  [/tex]

[tex] 700mm= \frac{700}{1000}m  [/tex]

[tex] 700mm= 0.7m  [/tex]

Now using

[tex] 1m=100cm [/tex]

we can write

[tex] 700mm= 0.7*100cm  [/tex]

[tex] 700mm= 70cm  [/tex]

Hence the correct option is 70cm.
