The equation in point-slope form is given by:
m(x-x1)=y-y1
thus given that the line has slope,m=2/3 and passes through (2,-7) thus the equation will be:
2/3(x-2)=y-(-7)
simplifying this, the equation will be:
2/3(x-2)=y+7
