There are 6 standard U.S. teaspoons in each standard U.S. Fluid ounce, so if you know the number of fluid ounces, you can multiply that number by 6, or if you know how many teaspoons, you can divide that number by 6. 

1 fluid ounce = 6 teaspoons.
