What you are looking for would be something like this...
x  | y
1 | 2
2 | -1
3 | -2
4 | -1
5 | 2

Then the Vertex would be (3,-2)
And the Focus would be (3, -7/4)
So Y = -9/4 and the Axis of Symmetry would be x = 3
