Negative is the least, so start with that:
-1/7
Next, zero has no value, so it's greater than negative numbers and less than positive numbers, but is not positive nor negative itself. So now you have:
-1/7, 0
Positive numbers hold the greatest value, so the answer is:
-1/7, 0, 1/7
